She’s dying inside;
Shriveling up; drowning in lies.
Shh.
Listen closely.
Her persistent howling gives way to sobs.
Fun house glasses cover her eyes
She gets thinner & thinner; trying to hide.
Shh.
Be quiet.
Concentrate on her misery.
Let it fill you, suffocate you, drown you.
Feel as she does; let your life come unglued.
Shh.
